What we don't do

xelement.io sets no first-party cookies. It also uses no browser storage of any kind — no localStorage, no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB. There is nothing on this site that remembers you between visits, because there is no mechanism capable of doing so.

• No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no Plausible, no Fathom, no self-hosted alternative.
• No advertising. No pixels, no retargeting tags, no conversion trackers, no ad network of any kind.
• No session cookies. There are no accounts and no logins, so there is no session to keep.
• No preference cookies. Nothing to remember, so nothing stored.

That's why there is no cookie banner. We didn't suppress one; there was never anything for it to ask about.

The one exception: embedded booking

Our contact page embeds a Cal.com scheduling widget so you can pick a time without leaving the site. That widget is served by Cal.com and runs in its own frame, which means Cal.com may set its own cookies or storage inside that frame under its own policy — we have no control over and no access to whatever it sets.

If you would rather avoid it entirely, skip the embed and email us at admin@xelement.io instead. You will get the same call.

Server logs aren't cookies

Worth stating plainly since it's often blurred: our hosting provider keeps standard request logs (IP, timestamp, path, user agent) to serve the site and stop abuse. That is server-side infrastructure, not a cookie, and it isn't used to track you across sites or build a profile. See our Privacy Policy for the detail.

Blocking things anyway

Every browser lets you block or clear cookies and site data, and any content blocker will work fine here. Nothing on this site breaks if you do — there is no functionality depending on storage. The only thing affected is the Cal.com widget, and email is a working alternative.

If this ever changes

If we introduce anything that sets a cookie, we will update this page before it ships and add a proper consent mechanism where the law requires one. We won't add tracking quietly and describe it as “strictly necessary” afterwards.
