RFP & Security Questionnaire Responder

Draft grounded answers to vendor questionnaires from your own answer library — cited, or honestly flagged

The challenge

Sales engineers and compliance teams burn weeks re-answering the same enterprise RFPs and vendor security questionnaires, hunting through old contracts, SOC 2 reports, and wikis for wording a client already approved.

Our approach

We index your past questionnaire answers, SOC 2 reports, and policy docs as a retrievable answer library. Each new question is matched against it with BM25 and drafted with a citation back to the source — questions with no prior answer are flagged for a human instead of guessed at.

The outcome

A first-pass draft for every question in minutes instead of weeks, every claim traceable to an approved source, and an honest flag on anything genuinely new that still needs a human.

Built forB2B SaaS sales engineers, compliance teams, and vendors who face the same enterprise RFP and security questionnaire on every deal cycle.

Prompt-Injection Challenge

Try to break an AI assistant at three levels of defence, and see which layer stops you

The challenge

Most teams shipping an AI feature assume a rule in the prompt keeps secrets safe and actions in bounds. It doesn't, and the first time anyone finds out is usually in production.

Our approach

Three live assistants show the difference. Level 1 keeps a secret in the prompt with only a rule protecting it. Level 2 adds an input screen and an output filter in code. Level 3 has no secret at all: it can only call a refund tool whose limits are enforced outside the model.

The outcome

You see, with your own attempts, why filters raise the cost of an attack but don't end it, and why least privilege enforced in code is the control that holds. The same review is what our AI security audit applies to your system.

Built forCTOs, security leads and product owners about to ship an AI feature that touches customer data or can take actions on someone's behalf.

AI Readiness Check

Ten questions that tell you whether a workflow is ready for AI, and what to fix first

The challenge

Many AI pilots stall because the workflow was never ready: no measured cost, no owner, no data access, no test cases and no safe way to be wrong. Teams find that out after the money is spent.

Our approach

A ten-question check built from the same criteria we use on discovery calls. Each answer feeds a simple score, and every no comes with the specific step that closes the gap. It runs in your browser with no model and no data sent anywhere.

The outcome

A score and an ordered list of gaps to close before any build starts, so the first AI project is chosen on evidence rather than enthusiasm.

Built forOperations and IT leaders choosing which workflow to automate first, and anyone who has been asked to justify an AI project before it begins.

What we'd build
for your industry.

These aren't shelf products. Each one is a composition of the live products above plus our engineering work — designed, not yet built. We're showing you the plan and what it's made of, so you can judge the thinking before anyone quotes you anything.

The patterns transfer.
The constraints don't.

Every industry below has a different definition of “correct” — and that definition, not the model, is what the engineering has to respect.

Healthcare

Intelligence where privacy is non-negotiable.

  • Patient intake and scheduling automation that respects clinical workflows
  • Clinical document processing with PII redaction before any model call
  • HIPAA-conscious modernization of legacy records systems

Finance & Fintech

Automation your compliance team can sign.

  • Document verification and intelligent onboarding pipelines
  • Compliance evidence assembly across systems with full audit trails
  • Forecasting and anomaly detection on first-party transaction data

Logistics & Supply Chain

Decisions at the speed of your telemetry.

  • Disruption forecasting from carrier, port, and weather signals
  • Agent-executed rerouting playbooks with human approval gates
  • Mainframe inventory connected to modern APIs and automation

E-commerce & Retail

Every visitor gets a different store.

  • Real-time recommendations and adaptive merchandising
  • Support automation with confidence-based human handoff
  • Demand forecasting that survives seasonality and promotions

SaaS & B2B Tech

Your product's AI feature, not a bolt-on demo.

  • Embedded copilots inside your existing product UI, not a separate chat tab
  • Usage-based cost engineering so AI features don't erode your margins
  • Onboarding and support automation that scales without headcount

Real Estate & PropTech

Matching, not just listing.

  • Lead qualification and property-matching agents for brokerages and MLS platforms
  • Document processing for leases, disclosures, and closing paperwork
  • Market analysis and pricing signals from listings and transaction data

Education & EdTech

Personalized pace, without losing the paper trail.

  • Adaptive tutoring and feedback systems grounded in course material
  • Content generation and grading assistance with instructor review gates
  • Enrollment and admissions document processing at scale

Legal & Professional Services

Research and drafting, with citations that hold up.

  • Contract and case-document RAG systems with source-cited answers
  • Clause extraction and redline comparison across large document sets
  • Intake automation for matter management and conflict checks

Manufacturing & Industrial IoT

Where the inputs and outputs are physical.

  • Predictive maintenance from sensor telemetry and vibration/temperature signals
  • Production-line quality inspection with computer vision and defect scoring
  • Agent-executed responses to hardware I/O — machine faults, threshold breaches, SCADA/PLC signals
