Privacy Policy.
The short version: no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels, no data sold to anyone — and nothing you type into a demo is kept.
Last updated: 1 August 2026Who we are
xelement (“we”, “us”) operates xelement.io and is the controller of the personal data described below. Our registered entity details are available on request at admin@xelement.io.
What we collect
When you browse
Nothing that identifies you. We run no analytics platform, no tag manager, no advertising pixels and no first-party cookies. We do not build a profile of your visit and we cannot tell you apart from any other reader.
Our hosting provider processes standard server logs — IP address, timestamp, requested path, user agent — to serve the site and defend against abuse. We do not use those logs to identify individuals.
When you book a call
Booking runs through Cal.com, embedded on our contact page. The name, email address and any notes you enter go to Cal.com and to us, and are used only to arrange and prepare for that conversation.
When you use the Labs demos
Text, documents and audio you submit are processed to produce a response and then discarded. We do not write demo input to a database, and we do not use it to train models.
- In transit only. Your input goes to the model provider powering that demo; the response comes back to your browser. Neither is stored by us.
- No account, no history. There is no login, so nothing you do in Labs is attached to an identity or retrievable later — including by us.
- Abuse prevention only. We hold a short-lived, in-memory count of requests per IP address to rate-limit the demos. It is never written to disk and disappears when the server recycles.
When you subscribe to field notes
We store the email address you give us and use it only to send occasional writing. Every email carries an unsubscribe link. We do not share, rent or sell the list.
When you apply for a role
Anything you send to admin@xelement.io is used to assess your application and nothing else. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Who else can see your data
This list is deliberately short. These are the only third parties that receive data submitted through this site:
| Provider | Purpose | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Hosting provider | Serving the site | Server logs, IP address |
| Cal.com | Scheduling calls | Name, email, booking notes |
| Model providers | Generating demo responses | What you submit to a Labs demo |
| Email provider | Correspondence | Anything you email us |
We do not sell personal data and we have no arrangements with advertisers or data brokers. There is nothing further to disclose.
How long we keep it
- Labs demo input — not retained at all.
- Booking details — kept while the conversation is live, deleted on request.
- Subscriber email — until you unsubscribe.
- Applications — for the duration of the process, unless you ask us to keep you on file.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold, to object to processing, or to withdraw consent. Email admin@xelement.io and we'll action it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. API credentials live in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. Because we store so little, there is very little to lose — which is the point of designing it this way.
Children
This is a business-to-business site, not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes get described here rather than quietly edited in.
