Map every location
- Prompts and responses in transit and at the provider.
- Embeddings and vector stores.
- Logs, traces and analytics tools.
- Backups and caches.
- Sub-processors and support access.
Then decide
- Which data must stay in region, and which may leave under agreed conditions.
- Which model endpoints are available in the required region.
- How the region constraint is enforced and evidenced.
Get the data-flow diagram approved early. Retrofitting regional hosting is far harder than designing for it.
